Positive: The grounds keepers were so friendly and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Our children never seemed to annoy them as they even encouraged them to keep playing.

Negative: The cleanliness of the bathrooms. I cleaned them and was surprised that the shower walls had dried soap and hairs stuck to them. Although annoyed by the inconvenience, I was also thankful there were sufficient cleaning supplies to fix it.

Negative: The condo is beautiful, it is a tri-level with the kitchen on top floor, living room and one bedroom own 1 flight of stairs and the 2nd bedroom down 2 flights of stairs. Be prepared to walk up and down stairs a lot. The beds were clean & comfy & the were plenty of fresh towels in both bathrooms. Even though you are allowed 2 parking spaces, I was told I could not park my small fishing boat in one of them but could rent a slip at the marina (which I didn't know the extra cost or if available.) After I had already booked it only two hours earlier and was told could not offer me a different place they manage or get a refund to look elsewhere. Not knowing if I could find a place for my boat, I regrettably left my boat home. Once there we saw a boat parked near us at the condo which was frustrating given my request for the same had been refused. The condos here advertise free WIFI, so my wife decided to come since she works from home but wanted to keep me company. Our check-in instructions even mentioned if unable to connect to wifi, just reboot the modem and it should work. We couldn't connect to wifi or find a modem to reboot so we called the customer support # and was told no WIFI was offered. My wife asked if they had other rentals that we could move to since she had to work, but was told none were available. 2 hours later, after continuing to try to find a wifi network, she found WIFI under "guest1" login ID. Why wasn't the person assigned to customer service for this condo aware of this? Don't get me wrong the place was fine, other than the coffee maker not working and no batteries in 2/3 TV remotes the place wasn't bad. ALSO DO NOT COME HERE WITHOUT ALL THE SULLPIES YOU NEED. We could only find one place that had limited items & closed at 6pm. So you will have to drive 45 minutes to the Shaver Lake area if you need groceries, gas or any other supplies.
