Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Hundalee house. The location was perfect - peaceful and scenic, yet just a short distance from the charming town of Jedburgh, with its great selection of pubs, restaurants, and shops. Sheila, our host, was absolutely lovely and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house itself is stunning, with a beautifully maintained garden and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We especially enjoyed having breakfast by the fireplace in the elegantly decorated dining room. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. There was a strong mobile and 4G signal, as well as good Wi-Fi. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting the area.

Negative: As for downsides, there’s really nothing significant to mention. The water pressure in the shower was a little low, but considering the rural location and the overall outstanding comfort and experience, it’s hardly worth noting, just requires a little patience ;-)

Positive: Shiela is a very fiendly and welcoming host. And the accommodation was cosy, quiet and homely. Just what we were looking for. Lovely breakfast in a really lovely setting. A good all round experience.

Negative: The shower could have been better, but we know the challenges of water pressure in some rural areas. It wasn't a show stopper.
