Positive: The apartment was so clean, comfortable with every details considered down to the little travel tooth paste, coffee cups, ear buds etc. The apartment was warm, spacious and homely. The check in was easy and our hosts were very responsive although we didn’t have any problems.

Negative: Depending on where you’re spending your time in New York this apartment could be hard to get to and from. It’s an hour into Manhattan or even Williamsburg by bus and subway. However we were fine with that because the apartment is a very good price and we don’t mind exploring. We also explored areas closer to the apartment like Brooklyn museum and lovely restaurant called the Lowerline.

Positive: It was very clean, modern and well equipped. It was a pity that we spent so little time in the apartment.

Negative: It was a little further from the subway than we hoped/expected. Not a real problem if you are fit, and enjoyed soaking up the atmosphere.

Summary: Fabulous, and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a good value trip to New York.

Positive: I needed to visit my daughter in Brooklyn for a week and she said to me, "Find a place to stay BEFORE you buy your air tickets." She was correct. I was VERY LUCKY to find this apartment and it was nothing short of spectacular from the location to the quality of every item used in the refurbishment. The owner was as responsive as possible to my questions, and my stay was wonderful. I recommend this location to EVERYONE who wants a first-class experience for their stay in NY.

Negative: I wish I could find something. Maybe a suggestion to add a hook/towel bar to the rear wall of the shower for hanging wet wash cloths? I also realize that most people don't use wash cloths anymore, but you asked for something, so...

Summary: First-class stay in a first-class apartment that could NOT have been better from beginning to end.

Positive: The owner was super professional and attended to my every need. Once I booked the location the owner reached out me personally via phone and email. This is a crown jewel in Brooklyn, trust me there are no other locations like this one. It is elegant, yet quaint and extremely cozy. The location was immaculate and the cleanest that I have ever encountered on this site. I have stayed at 5 star locations all over the globe, but none can hold a candle to this oasis. In short, book, book it now before it is gone. Trust me, you will not want to leave. I know it was so emotional for me when I left today. I am still misty eyed as I wrote this review.

Negative: It is was perfect there is nothing that you will not like. I dare you to try to find one spot or blemish. I apply the trusted and vintage white glove test, I am a true germaphobe. I didn't even need my Lysol.

Positive: I had business in Queens, New York, so a friend of mine sent me the link to this dope, little, cozy property in BK,NY. I read the reviews and they were spot on. I booked it right away. I loved that parking was on the property.(driveway) I loved the door code entrance so I didn’t have to worry about a key. It was easy and quick. The property was very clean, modern and smelled good. I’m big on smells so this was perfect! Shower is BOMB.. didn’t want to get out! Lol Everything was pretty much new. It was bigger than I thought, it exceeded my expectations when I walked in. I’m not familiar with the area so my main concern was safety. I was very comfortable and I felt safe. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are really nice. There were markets and places to eat within walking distance or a quick drive. (Lenny’s pizza…🔥) I went there twice. Lol It’s a great, central location to stay if you want to do some exploring. I went to the American Museum of Natural History (AMAZING btw), and Central Park. It took me about 45 min to get to Central Park and the museum was literally down the street. If I had a couple more days, I definitely would have hit more boroughs. The property owner Wendy, was very helpful and had great communication. I had no issues checking in or checking out. I told her that I would be back in July when the weather isn’t 23°! 🙂 Thanks again Wendy for a great stay!
