Positive: Very cute and clean. This place really has everything you need. .I loved the heated floors. It was really cozy. My only suggestion would be to get a draft stopper for the bathroom door that leads to the back garden...This could be a small fix that makes it absolutely PERFECT. I would kind of dread going to the bathroom throughout the day it was pretty chilly in there..bed is comfy and the shower is amazing. Lexia was available the whole time and was so courteous.There are plenty of stores nearby it's a pretty convenient location as well. Will def book again.

Positive: The apartment was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Shower was wonderful.

Negative: There was no TV. Otherwise, wonderful in the apartment.

Positive: I love how easy it was to get into the apartment. I loved my whole weekend in the place and so great. The shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. I really liked the super fast wifi and it was a good 10 minute walk to the 3 train which brought me to downtown / World Trade Center / times sq and I saw a couple of shows and super easy to get back and forth. The host were communicative and they even had some water and snack for me .....

Negative: I wish I had paid for the parking I got a 115.00 ticket for parking close to a bus stop ..... it would have been worth the 25 bucks a night vs what I am going to pay........

Summary: brand new super quiet fast wifi place
