One of the finest homes in the Galena Territory, this one of a kind 4250sf home has the luxury, elegance and features you can’t find anywhere else. With 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 4 separate living areas and 4 decks, this is the home “4” you! Windows and light abound everywhere you turn in this brand new home on a 2.5 acre lot with beautiful trees and a fire pit for those relaxing outdoor evenings. Inside, exceptional furnishings and decorating provide the perfect setting to make your stay special.
When you enter the home, the lofted ceilings in the living room complement the stunning wood and granite trim surrounding the fireplace and walls. Beautiful hardwood floors are found in the living room and the adjacent kitchen and dining areas. A separate living area on the other side of the main level provides a place to watch television, enjoy the view from the many windows, or walk out to either of the two main level exterior decks, one of which has a gas grill. The kitchen in this home, which offers an adjacent dining area, will please even the most demanding chef. With custom Bader cabinetry, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances – including a five burner cooktop – there is enough room in this kitchen for everyone. A generous Master bedroom is also found on the main level. It features a king bed, a walk-in closet and an elegant master bath with a free standing claw-footed tub, a walk-in tiled shower with dual shower heads, and two vanity sinks. The master bedroom also offers a television and sliding door access to an exterior deck.
The upper level has a spacious living area that is bright and airy with windows all around. It features a queen sofa sleeper, a quiet area with a desk to work (if you must!) and 2 queen bedrooms and 2 baths, each with a private exterior deck. One of these bedrooms has a television. The laundry area is conveniently and discretely located on this level as well.
The walk-out lower level is as bright and airy as the rest of the home, with a multitude of windows that literally bring the outside in. This huge living space is arranged into four areas that provide something for everyone to do. The media area offers a large screen television and plenty of comfortable seating. Then there are three game areas, one with a pool table, another with a foosball table, and yet another with a game table. Please note! The foosball and air hockey games are old and not working well. There is also another queen bedroom and large bath on this level.

Summary: I would have given this place 5 stars across the board but there was a live fly infestation in the two upper bedrooms. We did not open any windows or doors but somehow they kept coming in. I'm just not a fan of sleeping and going to the restroom with flies. Just grateful they were not bees. I did text the owner about the flies but no reply. They did reply when I thought I left my glasses there so I appreciated that. Otherwise, the house is beautiful and easy to get to. This was our 17th year coming to Galena and we try new houses based on the number of gals that come. We enjoyed the layout of the house, especially the kitchen and family room. We would return if the fly problem was taken care of.

Summary: 3 different families gathered to hang out at this house--6 adults and 1 kid--and we had a fantastic time! There is an abundance of seating options and the entire basement is basically a play zone, with a pool table, air hockey and foosball. The house was also large enough that our 4yr old was able to sleep soundly in the closest bedroom while we played games in the dining room at night. I would happily stay again.

Summary: We have stayed for many many years at the Eagle Ridge Territory & this house has been one of the best by far !! It has been definitely the cleanest & kitchen well stocked . My grandkids loved the lower level with the pool table & foosball table. We had 3 different generations of our family & more than enough room to spread out or to be together. We would definitely come again !
