Positive: House is beautiful, spacious for 5 of us. Location lovely. Very nice touch with the wine honey and soap also with milk in fridge, for our first night, as it was a Sunday arrival. Lowick lovely village welcoming. With little shop next door to huckleberry house to have paper in the morning.

Negative: Nothing I didn't like.

Positive: Great location to explore Northumberland. Village shop next door has a good range and great home made sausage rolls, pies, pasties etc. Apartment was new and to a high standard. Large bedrooms with plenty of storage and a big kitchen and lounge.

Positive: nice touch with fresh sunflowers and host had understood our non-alcohol requirements in the welcome gifts, thank you

Negative: key safe could could have been issued immediately on payment, or notified that it would be sent x days prior to arrival to save me worrying about gaining access. Key stuck in back door and was incredibly stiff to get the door open, and then reclosed - that could have been a serious security issue. easy to access but I needed to email and request the code for the key safe as it didn't arrive after paying the balance No blind on the large back double glass doors - get this fixed, it's not nice to have a black hole in the room right the way through to the living room. This was actually a shock given all the other windows had good quality blinds Bathrooms were lovely, toilettries very helpful. Didn't have control over the towel rails being on and giving out far too much heat, such a waste of energy as needed to open windows to vent the heat In the kitchen there were sufficient crockery/cooking pans etc but....no condiments of any sort so when cooking needed to buy salt/pepper/herbs etc. Big tins on the side for tea/coffee/sugar but all were empty - very disappointing. No instructions on how to use the washing machine or dishwasher - I personally don't have a dishwasher so needed to do an internet search to get this working. Fake fire in lounge is so noisy we couldn't use it, think that might be broken as it was so loud couldn't hear TV on volume that we listen No instructions on how to use the tv...all very confusing. A radio or wifi speaker would have been a lovely touch but not there. No matches or lighter for the candle! Either provide or don't have a candle there. Pleasant stay though rather expensive
