Positive: it was quiet and peaceful and good takeaways on site, the caravan was clean and comfortable, we had got married on 21st and bought my mum with 2 of the grandchildren as my mum has terminal cancer she doesn't have long and it made me so happy because my mum had a great time Thank you

Positive: A very comfortable and well equipped caravan in a peaceful location of this big park. We enjoyed the tranquil setting near the lake. Andrew gave us clear instructions for arrival and was quick to reply when we had a question. It proved to be a very good base for visits to Berwick-upon Tweed, Bamburgh Castle and Holy Island (Lindisfarne). We even managed a stop off at super Embleton Beach on the way home. Comfortable and well equipped caravan.
Negative: It sleeps 6 but only 4 chairs. Not a major problem though. We did try the takeaway delivery service on first night for fish & chips but order was incorrect and not best quality in my opinion.
Summary: It was lovely to be in a nice quiet area of the park.

Positive: The accommodation has everything you need when you are there, the only exception being a hoover. We were greeted to tea, coffee & sugar upon arrival.
Negative: Nothing. We didn't have any issues.

Positive: The property was exceptionally clean, and well equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. The location of the property was great - away from the main complex, so lovely and peaceful. Great view over the lake. Easy access to the A1 and a fabulous base to explore from.

Positive: The lodge was beautiful and very clean. The owner had left milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and Border biscuits which was a lovely touch. It was like a home from home, everything you needed, there was towels, tea towels, toilet rolls, cleaning products, black bags, cleaning clothes , sponges. The location of the lodge was beautiful looking over the lake with the swans and geese, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Summary: We had a wonderful time, the park is maintained to a very high standard which was lovely to see.

Positive: Hired private caravan was lovely plenty for kids to do,they loved it grounds are beautiful.
Negative: To far away from facilities.went for lunch in mash and barrel restaurant service was awful waited a hour for burgers when came dry a chips cold eating as a family of 10 food delivered at different times as a result cancelled for Sunday roast,I know u can cook in van but when on holiday don't want to cook all day site is lacking nice restaurant to eat fast food facilities very poor apart from burger King, overall place clean but toilets were disgusting.
