Positive: Cabin inside was excellent clearly very new, exceptionally clean. Every utensil and amenity you could thunk of. Nice sunsets views. Cute animals.

Negative: Very close to neighbouring cabin, fine if you have the right neighbours though, ideal for groups. Nothing to do outdoors without driving with a child. Very small outdoors space, fine if you want to go a walk across the road to the public bridleway but nowhere to play ball games. As cute as the sheep's and cows where they are very loud and very much on your doorstep. We were unfortunate to have no power for 1 day, although the host did contact us before but it did feel a bit unfair not to be offered anything for having a day without basic facilities at the cabin. Not a slight on the owners but it's frustrating this isn't cover by insurance.

Positive: Everything about this cabin was absolutely spot on . Good heating, comfy beds all amenities of good qualities. We had such a relaxing kick back time here. .

Negative: Only one thing and feel im being petty but here goes. The couches weren't very comfortable.

Positive: We loved the peaceful location and all the nature around us. Loved seeing the horse, cows and sheep in the fields everyday. Hilary and the family where lovely and very helpful. The welcome basket was a unexpected pleasure and the bread and biscuits were so yummy, Thank You Hilary 😊 for all the added extras. The lodge is beautifully furnished and gives you a home from home felling with extras like battery candles and games. I have recommended to all my friends and family and I hope to visit again THANK YOU

Negative: There wasn't anything I didn't like and had no complaints at all. There was a couple of bits that could of been good. A little shelf in the shower, my partner found it too difficult to bend down and get shower gel and shampoo from the shower tray. Also for us having 2 dogs a secure garden would of helped especially with other guests cars coming up up the track.
