The property lies at 2 kms from the village of Castel Giuliano, 8 kms from the town of Bracciano and 10 kms from the Bracciano Lake, in a quiete location. On the property there are two alonestanding houses (close each to the other, connected through a porch), one is used by the owner while the other is rented out for vacations. The property has a large garden with a 10x5 meter swimming pool for private/exclusif use of the tenant, the owners (couple around 60's) don't not use the pool for the privacy of the tenants. The holiday home is suitable for up to 6+1 persons (2 double bedrooms, one with two single beds, studio with extra bed). 2 baby cots (1 wooden, 1 travel) available upon request, there is also 1 high chair. On the ground floor there are a dining/living room, big end well equipped kitchen, studio, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a large porch with view on the pool area, it's equipped with table and chairs to eat outdoors. To cook there are also a barbecue and stone oven at disposition. On the 1st floor there is a big bedroom with own bathroom and open terrace. Wi-fi internet connection available. All common household appliances are available (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, TV, oven ....). The property is ideally located to visit Rome and the Lazio region, a day at the lake (the lakes of Bracciano and Vico are 10 and 36 km away) or to the beach (25 km away, from the terrace on the 1st floor you can see in the distance the sea and the boats). There is a large shopping center (35 shops, large supermarket) at 6 kms from the villa, open all the days of the week (also on Sunday) from 9 to 20:30. The nearest restaurant/pizzeria is 4 Kms far away, it is also possible to engage the owner to prepare a dinner. On arrival they will welcome you with an appetizer. It is possible to buy on spot olive oil, fruit & vegetables. It is also well located for golf holidays, there are 2 courses at 24 kms (Golf Nazionale & Golf club Olgiata) and further 4 within 70 kms (Marco Simone, Parco de Medici, Roma golf Club & Golf club arco di Costantino). The owners have a dog.

Summary: The facility is clean and very spacious. The garden and pool are generous. The pool is cleaned every morning. It was a very nice vacation and the homeowners are very friendly and it is very uncomplicated.

Summary: We just got back from our stay in Bracciano and we couldn’t have chosen a better place! The owners Sandro and Rose are absolutely delightful. They will bring you fresh produce from their garden and will do everything to make your stay really enjoyable. Rose was a tremendous help in setting up the appointment to the private lab for the Covid test we had to take before returning to the States (for some bureaucratic reasons the pharmacies would not give you the certification, the cost is the same). We really enjoyed getting to know them. The house is an idyllic setting surrounded by roses and jasmine vines that grows along the patio and whose fragrance welcomes you as soon as you open the french door and step outside. The bucolic view of the hills, greenery and fields is such of serenity and makes you feel as if the time has stopped. On the property there is a gorgeous oak tree (i think ) whose branches come down creating a canopy under which there is a lovely sitting area you never want to leave. Sandro makes sure that the pool is always clean and at night he turns the pool lights on. The rooms are well appointed and I wish I had taken pictures to post before sprawling our luggage.. We would like to come back someday.

Summary: The villas was set in an ideal location from visiting Bracciano and Rome. The views are stunning from the pool and balcony. Our hosts, Sandro and Rosa were perfect. We had fresh eggs a pizza lunch cooked in the wood oven and Rosa made us a homemade tiramisu. Sandro cleaned the pool everyday and kept it crystal clear. We hope to go back again.

Summary: Villa Rosellina is a lovely place to stay, and the ospiti Sandro and Rosa are very kind and helpful. The villa is very spacious, the kitchen is large and fully equipped, and everything is spotlessly clean. One evening, Rosa and Sandro fired the pizza oven in the garden, pizza's prepared by Rosa, what a threat ! Villa Rosellina is very well situated , you can reach Rome by train in 45 minutes, and leave your car in Bracciano. And the countryside around Bracciano is very interesting, the three lakes are lovely. Unfortunately the weather was cold during the period of our stay, but the villa could be heated confortably , which is not always the case in Italy ! (the pool is magnificent, but is was too cold to enjoy at the moment of our stay. )

Summary: Wir ( 4 Erw. , 3 Kinder) verbrachten eine fantastische und völlig entspannte Woche in der tollen Villa bei Sandro. Er, seine Frau und der süße Hund Kathy empfingen uns mit Obstkorb, Wein und belegten Brötchen, sodass wir uns gleich zuhause fühlten. Saubere Zimmer, ein toller Pool, ein Weitblick zum Träumen, hausgemachte (!) Pizza und Sternschnuppen beobachten am Abend, Urlaubsherz was willst du mehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und eine grandiose Eisdiele in Bracciano und Stand Up paddeln auf dem See....Eine absolute Traumwoche, so stellen wir uns Urlaub vor. Wir haben es genossen.

Summary: A very well appointed villa. Beautifully positioned with stunning views. Sandro and Rosa are so kind, welcoming and generous. We arrived very late but a lovely Sandro met us and was very welcoming. The pool was cleaned daily. Ai Duo Leone restaurant on the way to Bracciano was superb. Going to Rome by train from Bracciano was easy and took 44 minutes. We all loved the villa and shared a lovely meal with Sandro and Rosa, their homemade pizza was delicious. We had a basket of home grown fresh vegetables from Sandro which were amazing and a homemade tiramisu from Rosa, which we demolished very quickly. We felt very blessed. We hope to return. Thank you Sandro and Rosa

Summary: We were 6 adults and 4 kids (2 in baby beds) and stayed for 6 nights. The house was very clean and well equiped. The pool was cleaned daily and the trash was taken out as often as necessary. The owners live next door, but we barely saw them, except when they brought us a home made tiramisu which was delicious. We took the train from Bracciano to Rome, it took less than an hour and was more relax than driving by car. We highly recomend this villa.

Summary: This was my first stay at this property, and the first time I have used HomeAway. The website is very informative, and I found extremely easy to use. Guido was extremely helpful and communicated promptly and effectively. We arrived later than expected, although we had informed out hosts with a quick text message that we were still in Bologna rather than Bracciano when we were meant to arrive! This was no problem at all, and both Sandro and Rosaline were very friendly, showed us around the place quickly and left us with a nice cool bottle of white wine and some delicious cake. They were considerate that we were knackered and wanted to shower and sort ourselves out. The villa itself is wonderful - the views are absolutely amazing, especially from the sun terrace off the master bedroom, out the kitchen window, and outside the lounge in the outside dining area. We ate most of our meals here as it was convenient, cool and already mentioned the countryside is beautiful. We also ate a few times over under the shade next to the oven - Sandro and Rosaline showed us all how to do authentic Italian pizza in their own pizza oven over the back of the garden. He used meditteranean pine wood, and they were to die for... The barbeque is just around the corner of the oven, built on to the side and we enjoyed some tasty trout and sea breem one blazing hot day. The place is extremely quiet except for the occasional plane passing overhead en route to/from Fiumicino, and half dozen vehicles down the lane. At night the surrounding countryside comes alive with the sound of all the local wildlife which we found quite nice to listen to on the sun terrace watching the twinkling lights in the distance. Rome is either roughly an hour drive, depending on what route is taken or a simple train journey from Bracciano. A journey is 3 euros each way! Ladispoli is quite near for a trip to the beach, but we went at night time and managed to stumble across a night market in the town centre. We actually preferred the Lago di Bracciano (lake) to the beach! Anguillara is definately worth a trip as is the lake front down from the castle in Bracciano. The restaurant/bar 'Il Pescatore' does amazing pizza 'a porta vee' (takeaway) A memorable trip for all the family. Sandro and Rosaline are excellent hosts, and literally couldn't do enough to help us, going out of there way to help us. We hope to return :-)

Summary: Bellissimo il posto , la villa, l'accoglienza dei padroni di casa,fatta di disponibilità e discrezione al tempo stesso. Nuotate vere in piscina, in posizione panoramica . C'è il forno a legna per una ottima pizza, un angolo ombroso e panoramico sotto una grande quercia, una altrettanto panoramica terrazza, da qui si toccano le stelle. Un posto magnifico per relax e a portata di pochi chilometri Bracciano, Anguillara, ecc.
