Positive: We were looking for a Lakefront property that has to be close to Rome. This property is nothing less than a miracle stay with all its modern amenities, clean atmosphere and awesome scenery from your window. With-in 60 minutes we were at Colloseum. There is a big parking to take-in 2/3 cars at same time. The owner Mr. Fabio was a very warm host who took time from his busy schedule to give us the tour of entire property.

Negative: Nothing to dislike.

Summary: A perfect Lakefront living close to Rome.

Positive: The hotel has an excellent location near the beach of the beautiful lake Bracciano. The atmosphere in the place is very pleasant, the owners are nice and patient people. They explained to us about the area and gave us recommendations for places to travel and restaurants. All the recommendations was very helpful. Fantastic design, the place is very clean, comfortable garden. Beautiful view of the lake from the balcony.

Positive: The villa was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The garden was stunning, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The villa is located right in front of the lake – the perfect location! An absolutely amazing experience – highly recommended!

Positive: Wonderful location on the lake. The gardens are beautiful with seating in the back of the house amidst shade and greenery. The house is new, modern and minimalistic. The rooms have comfortable beds and a small refrigerator and the shower is a great size. Our room had a balcony that can be used in the evening to watch the lights come on around the lake. A perfect place if you want to go to the beach during the day.

Negative: Our room was designated a suite, which implies an indoor seating area incorporated in the room plan which is not the case. There is a desk and one chair in the room and if there are more than 2 guests an interior adjoining door connects the 2 bedrooms. The balcony facing the lake doesn't have shade during the day but you can go downstairs to the common room or into the garden.
