Summary: We spent a week's holiday with 4 friends in this wonderful accommodation. The communication with the host was always easy, helpful and super friendly. The location of the house is absolutely perfect. The sea view from the house is also amazing and you walk straight down to the beach from the garden, the beach was never too crowded and is in a beautiful little bay where you can go snorkelling. We highly recommend this accommodation and would love to come back again.

Summary: Lovely vacation, next to the beach, with a magnificent view from the terrace where we ate all our meals. Beach is fantastic and only a few steps away. The house is very comfortable, even if some decoration a little dated. You live in close proximity to the apparement on the ground floor due to the shared garden. This was fine for us as our children made friends and played together, but something to bear in mind if you are looking for intimacy.

Summary: This home is absolutely fabulous. The property is part of a private luxury development with 40 houses or so, with a concierge at the gate. The view from the very large terrace is phenomenal, with the pictures on the site not doing justice to the property. The house was very clean, WiFi worked perfect and from the entrance of the garden it is just a few steps to the development's own private beach. If you want some change of beach scenery, there are plenty of very nice beaches within a few minutes drive. The kitchen is very basic and not too large, but there is a huge outside oven to compensate for that. The property also has no air conditioning, but it has secured window shutters you can open at night to let the wind cool the house comfortably. The huge garden is shared with the downstairs apartment, but most of the garden is at this level, so we almost never even saw the downstairs neighbors. The side neighbors have an almost mirrored attached house and terrace, and you do hear them clearly, but for us it was not a problem at all. There is also a nice town and marina nearby to go and visit, but nothing beats the terrace looking out over the Mediterranean. Me and my wife were here at the end of July with our two small sons and also for them it was perfect, with the safe secluded beach and large garden. All in all we had a great time and this place is actually one of the few places I would visit again, while I normally always want to experience new places. Tip: with the app Marine Traffic you can see which ships you see passing on the horizon.

Summary: Fabulous house in a super location , situated directly on the beach. Fabrizio & family were lovely hosts and the house is as described. I loved sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine watching the birds and butterflies. The view is spectacular. Great Wi-Fi was an unexpected bonus. There is no a/c, and normally this is not an issue but we arrived in a heatwave, so was a little hot at night. I would recommend this house if you are looking for peace & relaxation and will definitely return. Thank you Fabrizio.

Summary: The photographs of this property are modest compared to reality! The house and surroundings are a little quiet paradise away from all the hustle and bustle. Our vacation was a blast because of such a beautiful place. The view to the sea and mountains is breathtaking and the private beach is just few steps away from the house. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, had all the utensils for cooking, barbecuing, plus enough space to chill. Strongly recommend and will definitely rent the house again.

Summary: We had a great stay at the house! The place is as nice as it looks in the pictures. A few seconds walking will bring you to a nice private beach, and the water is splendid. The guardian was friendly and helpful, and made sure we had a good time. We give our best recommendations for this house!

Summary: Our holidays were a great success because of such a beautiful house. The view is breath taking and the sea you see from the house is just 2 steps away. We also loved how he house was decorated and all the practical utensils were there, including barbecue which we invited our downstairs neighbors to! We will definitely rent the house again. .
