Summary: We really enjoyed our holiday with only minutes from the beach. We stayed out of season at the end of October and had very easy access to lots of beautiful local beaches. The house has a well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The hosts are really friendly and very helpful.

Summary: We enjoyed this beautiful house with just a very short walk to the sea. The three bedrooms were very convenient for us: grandparents daughter and three young (grand)children. If possible we come back next year.

Summary: My family and I had a lovely stay. The apartment has plenty of space and is well equipped. You will spend most time outside anyway. Wonderful view from the garden and a very nice beach. Everything worked well.

Summary: "We rented the basement floor. The architecture is very well done so you do not feel living in a cave. Indeed there is a covered terrace on the side with light shafts bringing light without heat. Mosquito net are fitted on all the windows so you can benefit from the colder air at night. (Provided than the neighbors are not partying…) The front terrace giving access to the garden is a bit too low to benefit from the sea view; however there is a table in the garden where you can really enjoy the stunning views on the sea and the Capo Carbonara''s lighthouse. (We were having take away pizze from the nearby El Ragno Blue pizzeria in the garden enjoying the sunset on the sea) The private sandy beach is right at the end of the garden. It is lovely with 4 meters of shallow water with sand (great for small kids), then there are some rocks which is perfect for snorkeling. It is a private neigh borough (gatehouse with guardian) with families, very safe. Villasimius center is 10 min by car and the beautiful Giunco beach at 5 min. "
