Summary: This charming villa offers a spectacular view from the terrace. It is only a 5 minutes walk to the most wonderful beach in the area. The rooms a decorated nicely and the bathrooms are renovated. Nicoletta is a very friendly and helpful host. We could always reach her and she helped us right away. Summary: We had a great stay with our two kids at this Villa in Porto Sa Ruxi. The villa has everything you need and is very cozy. The Terrasse with a great view of the sea is certainly an absolute highlight to have breakfast, BBQ etc. The beach in walking distance is beautiful and not too packed. An outside shower is available at the villa after return from the beach which is very comfortable. The host Nicoletta is super helpful and communication via messenger was easy. Thanks for the great stay!

Summary: ... like last year: it was the second time we stayed at Nicoletta's lovely place on the beach and it was as fantastic as last year :) we were sorry to leave and will certainly come again! The view from the house is breath-taking: turquoise waters from every room (if you stayed inside) apart from bathroom :) but we mainly lived outdoors and even though there is a perfectly new and refurbished bathroom, we mainly used the outdoor garden shower because we could :) We didn't even want to dine out because of the view from the big terrace. Only five minutes down some stairs and you can spend the day on one of the lovelies beaches you can imagine - that's all we wanted for our relaxing time! Thank you very much for everything and we'd definitely come again :)

Summary: This house is a gem: we were so sorry to leave the beautiful view of the sea and coastline. We loved every minute! The house has a newly-installed bathroom which we rarely used because of the outside shower which was lovely. The garden/terrace area is excellent for every demand: some shade, some sunshine and some airconditioning in the bedrooms. And the best for last: only 5 minutes to one of the most beautiful beaches (at least we thought so) of Sardinia. We miss it already and want to come back next summer!
