Positive: Lovely spot with a fantastic view. All clean and looked after well. Francesca was always there for questions.

Negative: We didn‘t like the motorbikes going round at the weekend. It is such a lovely area and they spoil it!

Positive: The location and views were great. The property was very well maintained and clean. Francesca, who greeted us upon our arrival, was fantastic. She explained everything to us very clearly and provided useful information regarding the area and local amenities. She was great with the customer service and was very friendly.

Negative: The property advertisement was very misleading. On the website the pool appears to be private however it is communal, which wasn't specified at any point. The opening times were also extremely unclear and there was a lack of communication on the owner's part, Paola. We booked for a family holiday and were told a couple of weeks before the arrival date that the pool wasn't going to be open until later in the year. We were then offered the option to cancel, which was very unreasonable considering the timing. They also have two websites, one in English and another in Italian, both had different information, which was very confusing. Overall, the stay was enjoyable but the lack of communication and misleading information were disappointing. This is just to inform other people, do your research before making any bookings as the website is very unclear.

Positive: Very close to the beach, easy to access, just 5min. walk.Villasimius town 10min. drive.Property was fully occupied with all cutlery, plates and pans enough to make dinner for 8 people.

Negative: We did book with swimming pool, unfortunately pool wasn’t ready for use and it’s not private. One of air conditioning units was leaking water on stairs, which was not safe. Communication between us and property management wasn’t easy, because they English wasn’t good .

Summary: Overall we was pretty happy with property and host Paola did try her best.

Positive: Incredible terrace and views, extremely well equipped kitchen, beach chairs and umbrella, spacious, clean, safe, close to Villasimius and not too far from Cagliari. It was perfect for our group of three people (three bedrooms and two bathrooms)

Negative: Minor but host was not super responsive. We had informed ourselves beforehand but the listing is slightly misleading: there is a shared community pool but it's not private to just the house. Additionally, there is not an easy walking path to the nearest beach

Positive: Nice hillside location with enjoyable sit out table.

Negative: No cooling or fan in third room was impossible to use in summer heat, no path to beach despite close location one still needs to drive - old overgrown path impossible to access. Our group was injured trying to access beach on foot and banged head on olive tree on path into the home several times.
