Positive: Everything went very well. The location is central, close to eg. Glacier Express. The room was extremely clean, spotless and, there was everything one needed (even though the room was a bit old it was updated, such as TV, shower). The personnel was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, including great cheese, bread, coffee, birchermuesli etc. Taken into account the price level of Zermatt, the room price was very reasonable.

Positive: Super friendly staff, unfortunately I didn't have the chance to get breakfast since I spent most of my time on the mountain. basic facilities, but comfy bed and good shower pressure, all you need for a good vacation.

Summary: Great value for money, and very few drawbacks.

Positive: The Hotel is fantastic. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. It felt really charming inside. The staff were extremely helpful and gave us lots of recommendations of where to go and what to do. The breakfast included was a really nice touch. They even made a special breakfast package for us when checking out as we had to leave very early in the morning. The shared bathroom situation was completely fine as they were renovated and looked clean.

Positive: Great location. Great view of the Matterhorn! Delicious food but pricey but that’s zermatt! Real old world charm is the best way to describe the hotel. Coffee with breakfast was very good.

Negative: The shared toilet and shower was a bit annoying. Breakfast was a bit limited but the coffee was great.

Summary: Enjoyable and expensive two days!!

Positive: Clean room, quite spacious, with comfortable beds. Good location. Nice and helpful staff. There was no kettle in the room but we were provided with hot water, some cutlery and an extension cord upon request.

Negative: The breakfast was very basic.

Positive: Every thing about this hotel is perfect. Prime location, breakfast with a wide range of choices. Clean rooms. The front desk is always ready to help . I can say hospitality at its best.
