Summary: Hotel on nice street with many stores. Clean, simple business hotel - everything to expectation. Room was very cold ( it was an extra cold weekend in Madrid) so I requested an extra duvet at the reception. Staff at desk said they would ask colleague and let me know. Waited two hours, no call or duvet. I finally called the desk again to be informed that there were extra duvets in the closet. Wish they had simply told me at the reception or called to inform so I didn’t have to wait two hours. These are the small details that elevate a hotel from ok to good.
