Positive: , Aleksander The owner was very kind and helpful. Room was pretty clean view from the breakfast balcony was beautiful Price was reasonable

Negative: There's absolutely NO free parking at the hotel nor near by. We payed extra 10 euro for two days parking on the street about 50 meters from the hotel entrance. There's NO buffet at breakfast the owner served us his own idea of breakfast which was one egg (sunny side up, no options nor other offer) 2 slices of bread one slice of yellow cheese one slice of ham few slices of tomato one glass of orange juice two slices of some sort of cake some jam and coffee. distance from the street to the hotel entrance is about 20 meters height level difference is about 10 meters to room level. NO Elevator ! Aleksander was kind enough to help us with our one heaviest luggage, climbing the steep road up to the room was breath taking room was too small no place for luggage no cupboard, no complimentary water bottles in the room

Positive: Great location, friendly owners, cosy room. Excellent breakfast. Very good breakfast / dining terrace with a good view. Extremely comfortable beds ! WCats and chickens.

Negative: Curtains could be thicker, rooms not quite dark enough for us :) Seems a common issue issue in Berat generally

Positive: One of the most incredible places to stay. We even could stay in the best room with city view. Owner is super friendly and passionate and we totally understand!! Also the breakfast was one of the best we had!

Positive: A beautiful old village house that has been lovingly brought back to life. Great location, super service, and an excellent overall experience. Breakfast on the roof terrace was also excellent.
