Positive: Very pleasant host. Big, modern and comfortable room and bathroom. Very clean and quiet. Fabulous view from the balcony. Not far from the old city.

Negative: A terrible access road, but good instructions from the owner. It could be more cosmetics in the bathroom. There was no information that the pool was closed after 30/9. The floor was cold - it can be an advantage during the summer, but not in october-maybe a carpet would solve the problem?

Positive: The view from the room is incredible. The hosts were very nice, breakfast is extra but homemade and tasty (eggs, sausages, sweet pastries, coffee, juice). Parking is available.

Negative: It was quite cold in the room in October.

Positive: Clean, quiet, walking distance from the centre, restaurants and attractions. It even has a little pop up pool to cool off. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Negative: It was really hard to find tucked in the tiny side streets but the host was nice and came and got us from the main road.

Positive: Our family of four loved everything about our stay here. We felt at home with our warm and friendly hosts. The rooms were completed to a high modern standard, very clean and beautiful views from the balcony. The location was great, just a few minutes walk to the restaurants and river, and 15 to the castle. The pool was clean and refreshing, we made good use of it during the hot days! The free off street parking at the property was also a welcome benefit.

Positive: Amazing location - stunning view from the balcony over Berat. Traditional house with modern bedroom and bathroom. Parking a great bonus as it's very tricky in Berat. Be prepared for a steep drive up but if you follow the owners instructions and photos you will drive easily to the door.

Positive: After wrong booking we was desperate, but then we found this and in few minutes it was ready for us. It's a bit complicated to go there with car, but nothing impossible, the owner's son picked us up. We needed to climb narrow stairs but we was rewarded with probably the most beautiful view of the city in whole Berat from our outside seating! The room was clean, spacious enough and modern, outside the room is fridge. And the host is very kind
