Positive: Very pleasant stay. The double room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. A big advantage was the balcony with a beautiful city view — perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. A great plus was having breakfast served directly to the room — tasty, fresh, and delivered on time. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would gladly return.

Positive: Qëndrim shumë i këndshëm te Kremelo Hotel në Berat. Dhomat ishin shumë të mira, të rehatshme dhe gjithmonë të pastra. Ambienti i qetë dhe shumë komod. Stafi shumë i sjellshëm dhe mikpritës, të bën të ndihesh si në shtëpi. Mëngjesi ishte super i shijshëm dhe i bollshëm.
