Positive: I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my trip to Amsterdam. The location couldn’t have been better—everything was within easy reach, making it so convenient to explore the city. The staff were absolutely amazing: incredibly polite, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The property itself was beautiful and very well maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Amsterdam. Highly recommend!

Negative: The basement room wasn’t the best. No natural light and had to keep curtains closed at all times as people walking past could see in our room
