Positive: Very helpful and understanding staff. We were upgraded to a room with balcony, which the kids enjoyed specially for train viewing. We accidentally left a bag in the subway, they helped us contact the rail company and track our stuff. Forwarded our big luggages to Osaka with ease, staff arranged for takkyubin. Location is great, very near Yamanote and Chiyoda subway, many nearby restos. I love the tatami area in the room, perfect with kids.

Negative: Nothing. But light sleepers should be aware, hotel is in between multiple train lines, Keisei trains will wake you up early. I love it though!

Positive: The location next to multiple train stations means you can quickly arrive at any location in Tokyo easily. Plus you can take a train directly 3 minutes walk to the hotel from Narita. The Nexu area is safe and calm and tranquil. Feels like an area where real Tokyo people live and thrive. There are many restaurants and a 24hr 711 right next to the hotel. You have everything you need here. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. I decided to stay an extra two days and they went above and beyond to ensure I didn’t have to move rooms. I really love this hotel and I will return.

Negative: The trains stop running at about midnight. The sound didn’t bother me and I actually liked it. Many reviews did not like the sound from the trains, but for me, they didn’t impact my sleep since they stop running at around midnight. Plus the free ear plugs from staff mean the noise won’t be a problem for you if you stay here. I’m glad I didn’t listen to those reviews.

Positive: Everything was wonderful the staff was super helpful and friendly, the room had all the essential comforts, the hotel was included with a laundry area and smoking area, top location, very close to the Nishi-Nippori station and with many restaurants and minimarkets around, little gem my room was huge, if I have the chance I count on going back

Positive: room quite spacious compare to other hotel with similar price in Tokyo, easy access from/to Narita Airport, room very clean.

Negative: noise from train can be hear clearly from the room but the hotel provide ear plug to help reduce the noise
