Summary: I liked the simplicity, cleanliness and service of the hotel. However, I would prefer they change/clean my bed daily.

Summary: Got a private bunk bed in a coed room. Showers and bathroom were clean and pleasant to use. They did charge me 200 yen for towel. Check out is at 10 am so beware.

Summary: I arrived at my hotel at 1am since my flight arrived just before midnight. I was welcomed in by the staff and was in my room within a few minutes. Even though it was so late in the night, the staff member was still friendly and told me all the information I needed to know for an easy transition into my room. The capsule was a lot bigger than I expected and the bedding was comfortable. There is room to store your personal belongings and day bags, and even room to bring your suitcase in if you need to repack your things, like I did, so you don't have to worry about doing it out in the open. The bathroom facilities were clean and easily accessible from the capsule. Being in a room with many other people wasn't a problem either because everyone mostly kept to themselves.
