Positive: Stuff was good and helpful , good cleaning .swimming pool work till 23.00. Locations good .

Negative: Not nice coffee at breakfast, same breakfast everyday . Too much bleach in pool it’s make you skin red ( not normal ).upstairs swimming pool didn’t work.

Positive: Hotel with everything you need to relax: sauna, steam room, swimming pools, additional services such as mud baths and aesthetics, from breakfast included to full board. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the one in the dining area. Spacious rooms with balconies and private parking lots.

Negative: Jacuzzi for a fee, dated room decor, and unpleasant smells (especially curtains and wallpaper)

Summary: Old-fashioned and relaxing stay in the city center

Positive: Location is very central and literally in the middle of the town. The hotel has 2 pools (ground floor - called 1st floor and 4th floor - panoramic) which are very warm and cosy and maintained very well and open until 23. The room was ok, we had a balcony, but it was raining (which didn't bother us enough not to swim outside :) ). SPA area is clean but they have only 3 sauna rooms (closing at 20) and they are relatively small for a hotel that big. Also the parking lot is not really big, but you can leave the car in the way and let the reception have your car key so they can move it if needed. You get two shower caps, many towels and even two bathrobes - all included in price. No slippers, however. We would recommend it if you're ready to part ways with some money ;)

Negative: Crowded parking lot. Only 3 and small sauna rooms. A few small screws around the hotel (also in the room) that are missing (mainly from the lamps). In the relax area some fruits could be a good idea and there were times when there was no tea for long periods.

Positive: The room was comfortable and clean, there was a good buffet breakfast, two nice pools and sauna facilities, easy parking and central location. Very good value for money.

Negative: The staff were a bit aloof and should be more visible in the sauna area. The gym was not air conditioned so practically unusable. I would have liked more vegan options for breakfast. The evening meal was a fixed price of €35, more flexibility would have been good. Air conditioning in the room was efficient but noisy.
