Positive: I loved everything! The facilities are easy to reach. The personalized spa treatments are excellent and the people are very professional and kind.The room are super clean . Big Thank you to Veronica and Diana for my body face treatment . Big thank you to Marino Stefano for the restaurant service and all the staff around .

Negative: The food are excellent ! waiters, room managers, bartenders are professional, kind and helpful.

Summary: Excellent place for a holiday of physical and mental well-being. Definitely worth returning.

Negative: Spa staff. Very brusque and unfriendly pedicurist. Manager of spa ignored me for 10 minutes talking to other. Staff. Decided not to have further treatments.
