Positive: Lovely hotel. Excellent facilties. Breakfast excellent with lots of choice. Room was large and always kept spotless. Great location for cable cars and access to other travel links. Would stay in this hotel if we visited this region again.

Negative: Reception staff weren't the most welcoming. They were professional.

Positive: Hotel Hotel Stiegl Scala was a good option to stay close to the city center of Bolzano at a reasonable price. The rooms are nice and well equipped and staff very friendly. We appreciated that there was a covered parking in front of the hotel (at a fee).

Negative: Nothing to flag. The hotel is well managed and location is convenient. Rooms are clean and staff friendly.
