Summary: We stayed one night here because we wanted to extend our visit to Bolzano and the original hotel I had booked was full. Next time we visit I will stay here again. Great food, comfortable bed and clean bathroom! Thanks for taking care of us!

Summary: My single room was spacious, comfortable, well lit and felt welcoming. I had a lovely view from the window and balcony. The bathroom was well set out and all basic items supplied. The hotel itself is a very quiet and pleasant establishment, with a good restaurant, good breakfast and an appealing bar lounge. The location is within easy walking distance to attractions, restaurants and railway station.

Summary: Hotel is good, front desk is great...they do their best to help. Breakfast was really nice... We had three rooms in two days... First room...wrong bed arrangement. Second room ...a hummer noise with the heater after the first night and the hotel DID NO HAVE any maintenance support available and it was a Friday. So...they gave us the third room for our second night...(yes, we had to move our luggage three times). Again...it has potencial...just bad management. We are world travelers and this was the first time we experienced something like this.

Summary: We had a good time at this Hotel! It had everything we needed and the city center is reachable only a few minutes by foot. We went there for the christmas market which was also very close, as well as the train station. The breakfast was excellent! We really appreciated the clearly marked vegan options. Elevator was one of the highlights of this Hotel. We will surely come back!

Summary: Our stay was delightful, definitely we would come back again. The hotel is amazing, is clean, the breakfast has a lot of options, and if you are travelling early they will prepare your breakfast for take away. The rooms are very comfortable, the views are amazing to the mountains. Is a hotel perfect for couples, families, solo travelers. Is close to many places of interest like restaurants , the city center, coffee shops, shops, and the cable car. Easy to find from the train station. Looking forward to come again ☺️

Summary: A historic, long standing hotel with all the creature comforts. We had a large room on the 5th floor with 2 cute circular windows with great views. Room was very quiet and comfortable (beds were comfortable, but didn’t like the 2 single beds pushed together). Breakfast was outstanding! Staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient.
