Positive: Staff was super friendly and they never failed to make the stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and had enough space. The bathroom is specious and modern. The location was very convenient to locate from anywhere. Food was average. It was pretty much the same thing for breakfast but they were delicious. There are many good restaurants nearby to dine in.

Negative: The bathroom was smelly. A very bad strong odour was coming from the shower drainage pit. We complained multiple times but the only solution was to put some air freshener. If this has fixed, our stay could be super perfect.

Positive: Excellent location and great staff. Friendly and attentive

Negative: TV not working, leak under sink in bathroom, no extra key when requested, air condition not working at lobby areas or restaurant, WiFi kept dropping and not strong. Fix these issues and people will have an exceptional stay. Good Luck
