Summary: The breakfast service was very poor. You won’t be seated on time, and the tables are not clean. You’ll wait ages for food, and sometimes it never arrives (this happened when I asked for tea, which never came). Only two staff members were trying to handle around 30 people at once. I complained at reception, but the next day was exactly the same.

Summary: This was the second time I've stayed at thos property. Great location and friendly staff. Facility was clean. Sometimes the loud music from the hard rock cafe late at night was a bit annoying, otherwise its a great property

Summary: Properly location is good, rooms and good and clean. Room service take lot of time and food is really. They need to improve the quality and preparation of food. Hard Rock Cafe is in the hotel area.

Summary: Stayed here first time and had a wonderful experience, the rooms are reasonably priced and the restaurant has very nominal prices while delivering excellent quality. Staff are polite and the spa and swimming pool are great as well. Breakfast is normal, WiFi is strong, decent toiletries, clean rooms and beds, overall a great comfortable stay. Will come back definitely.

Summary: Clean, large, and well equipped with a comfortable bed. The breakfast is very good and the staff is very helpful. The front desk staff quickly arranged a comfortable car with a safe and accommodating driver to go around the city for 15 hours for a reasonable rate.
