Positive: Beautiful design

Negative: Beautiful full kitchen w range /microwave /dw/full fridge but needed more kitchen equipment to be able to use it. Also the cleaners didn’t seem to clean the kitchen each night

Summary: We were there to evacuate from the LA fires and it was very comfortable and beautiful

Positive: Great bed, old time luxury feel.

Negative: No bar on sight, missing a great opportunity there. Walls are so thin that I could hear everything the guest next to me was saying during his phone call. Shower right in the room with zero privacy would have been strange if traveling with a new companion. The power failed in the morning of check out and there was no hot water for showers. No back up generator and no offer for a comped stay in the future. Not good customer service in my opinion.

Summary: Could have been amazing but wasn’t. Not all the fault of the hotel. Power failures happen but so can great people skills

Positive: I liked the location, the room, the facilities, and the staff! I also liked the little touches of snacks in the refrigerator being available to us for free and the chocolate almonds and filtered water in the rooms

Negative: it would be nicer if they had a restaurant which I believe they are working on putting in and this might be a small thing, but they need to upgrade their toilet paper for that nice of a place they need to upgrade that!

Summary: A very enjoyable anniversary trip for us!

Positive: Absolutely gorgeous building, stylish decor, super comfortable bed in a perfect location. Loved sitting around the outdoor fire in the evening. Fantastic bar snacks and wine selection.

Negative: I know the restaurant is coming.
