Positive: Breakfast was good. Best Hotel Route-Inn I stayed in. Like the complimentary coffee in the lobby, coin laundry and public bath.

Negative: Would be a perfect stay if shower cap, a small box of facial tissue and a small dust bin are provided in the bathroom.

Summary: A thoughtful hotel with very courteous staff which make my stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Positive: We loved our stay there! The staff is very helpful, the thermal bath available in the hotel is very nice, the room was spacious and cozy, with a window outlooking the mountains. We also liked that the hotel encourages guests to choose eco-cleaning of rooms (without sheets replacements etc) by gifting soft drinks coins for the choice. We find full daily cleaning unnecessary and not environmentally friendly, so we appreciate the gesture.

Negative: We think this hotel would be great for car owners, not so much for train/bus-dependent people - with public transport it's rather hard/long to get to touristic attractions.
