Positive: I had an amazing stay at this hotel - the best experience I’ve had here. The room was beautiful, very comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Abdulsamad and Said, who made the stay truly memorable.

Positive: The architecture is amazing and the hotel has a great design and feel. The pool deck is wonderful with views of the mountains and valley. The staff we all very kind and caring and happy to help when needed. The food was delicious, the best potato gratin I have had in a long time. They were also very generous, giving us cold bottled water for our journey and advice on our planned journey.

Positive: 10/10 would recommend. I don’t often write reviews but this place deserves one. The most beautiful hotel we’ve visited. Big shoutout to Said and his crew. Always friendly always smiling. Very helpful with anything basically. When we arrived they were already coming to our car to help with our bags. We had booked two rooms for four persons but we saw that there were two kingsize beds in the rooms so we asked if it was possible to cancel one. That was no problem without any extra costs. We asked if we could stay an extra night. That was also possible. The food was the best we had in Morocco. Close to fine dining. Only 400dhm for four persons (they didn’t charge the kids so basically 200dhm per person. But for the quality you get still a bargin. They gave bottles if water every day. The rooms are big with a fridge and a balcony with a stunning view. The breakfast was delicious. Because of the long trip ahead we decided to cancel the extra night to have an extra stop. Also no problem and still smiling. Thanks to Said and the crew

Positive: We spent two nights here and the staff have been so incredibly kind. They made us feel welcome and taken care of from the start to check out. We were in Morocco when it was a little colder so we couldn't swim in the pool, but we could still enjoy tea on the terrace. We were impressed by the bathroom design and the size of the room as well!

Positive: The property was very clean. Service was exceptional. The owner Tariq and his staff are so nice we can never forget them. This was one of most memorable stays. Highly recommend this hotel. Very authentic place. Tariq mom was such a kind lady, she made a special drink with herbs for my daughter who fell sick with cold/fever during travel. Food was good. The staff sang and danced during dinner which felt like very authentic berber vibes. They are genuinely very nice people and will do anything to ensure our comfortable stay.
