Positive: Beautiful and spacious room with terrace in a charming hotel located perfectly for access to the train station and old town. The customer service was outstanding in terms of both written communication prior to arrival to every staff encounter. Particular mention to Betti who went above and beyond to ensure our every need was attended to. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast and dinner at the lovely hotel restaurant and cocktails at Vespers. Highly recommend this hotel for tired travellers looking for a comfortable, welcoming stay.
