Positive: Staff friendly and helpful

Negative: I was with my son,who is disabled, using wheelchair. Lift is too small. I had to leave him in the lift and run upstairs to get him out the lift/elevator. Beds and rooms too small. Hoist doesnt fit under bed, was very hard to get my son from wheelchair to bed and from the bed to wheelchair. Should make it more wheelchair friendly or not advertise that is wheelchair accessible. They have shower accessible, but could have shower chair with wheels. Or do i have to brig all equipment ? I brought hoist already.

Summary: If you like challenges if disabled go ahead

Positive: We Will Mainly Remember Three things from this Nice Hotel,First Of All There is the staff,kind and Professional. The second it is certainly, Cleanliness Of the Hotel,And Finally Amazing Breakfast It was Delicious And Healthy. Lift was Good And Free parking It was Better for us.

Negative: there is nothing to complain about!!!!

Positive: •Very easy access to Venezia by bus. •No fee for parking and dog. •Room was clean even though room is not so modern style.

Negative: •Air conditioning was out of order. It was 33°C during my stay and it was so hard not have air conditioning. They gave us 2 fans in our room, I could sleep the night. But it was not comfortable. •Refrigerator was out of order. •TV didn't work. But they changed it quickly and it worked.
