Negative: Everything is fine there, but the problem is that they later tell you that you have to pay an extra 100 euros as security. When they transfer this to the bank, it sometimes isn't received. I've encountered a similar problem. I still haven't received my 100 euros. It would be nice if they told me before booking that even after paying the booking fee, you'd still have to pay an extra 100 euros.
Summary: Extra deposit 🤪 after booking

Positive: There were all the dishes you need for cooking, pots, pans, coffee maker. 3 rooms: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. It means there was a lot of space. The bed, blanket and pillows were comfortable. Quiet.
Negative: Floors were so dirty that it was impossible to wear white socks even for couple of hours. Sock bottoms got dark gray immediately. And I didn't like that I had to bring the trash bags to the containers by myself. If I pay 250eur for 3 nights, it would be included in the price. Otherwise I would prefer staying at the hotel instead of an apartment. Also, the location was bad. I have never felt myself as insecurely as in this location. Because of the people and because of it was so difficult to understand the bus stops. On the bus stop sign was written one thing, but Google Maps said other thing..
Summary: If you are an experienced traveller and don't mind the floors that haven't been washed for a while, then it may
