Summary: The double room had a lovely little living room, very elegantly appointed, and a separate room with two double beds. Very clean and comfortable. Old-fashioned elegance. The bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed. This hotel is in great proximity to lots of restaurants and shops. It is a two-minute walk from the Providence Performing Arts Center.

Summary: Good stay! The room was clean, the room desk is good for those that need to work while here. The surrounding area can be a little weird due to its location near a homeless shelter. No one bothered me.The breakfast was an added cost $100 they don't advertise. Everyone has to pay it. Staff was very nice!

Summary: Checking to in was very fast. Ms. Jade helped me at check-in. She was very welcoming, very professional and took just 10 min to complete my check-in. All staff at reception were wonderful, welcoming with great smile. The room was very quiet, clean and tidy at all time. I slept like a baby in my stay for 5 nights. The cleaning staff are very nice, kind, organized and you will not hear them when they are working and cleaning. Every day there will be fresh fruit/apple juice, delicious cookies, and coffee at the lobby, just serve yourself complementary. The hotel is surrounded with transit/bus stops, few steps from the place mall, convention center, and providence train station. There are many restaurants suit all tastes and there is vault market and grocery store few steps which serves hot international cuisine as well by weight. Providence is a marvelous city and people are very helpful and welcoming.

Summary: The hotel was great! In a great location and many attractions nearby. Only negative side to the hotel was that the street was filled with homeless groups constantly. They don’t bother you, but it made my significant other very uncomfortable, and you had to basically had to walk in the middle of the road to avoid them on both sides. Not much the hotel can do about it, but it is right upon leaving the hotel. The rooms are very clean, and have a vintage feel to them. I must state again that the location is great and you’re near so many great restaurants and bars if that’s what you’re into! I would stay there again for sure. If only they could fix the problem with the lingering folks outside. Staff is great and very accommodating as well.
