Summary: Lovely hotel. Room decor and cleanliness A+++. All staff: front desk, valet, manager, restaurant ...were great. Convenient proximity to Performing Arts Center. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: As my daughter said, "It's not like it was gross, it's just that everything was broken." When we checked in and then hauled our bags up to the 7th floor we learned the keys weren't programmed. Hauled it all back down again. Now they were programmed. We went into the room. Within a decent amount of time learned that the toilet water was shut off--the manager said possibly from the previous resident, but it does beg the question--how did they clean the toilet? So after checkin we have now contactedt he front desk twice within half an hour for issues. Then later in the evening, the tv was totally garbled when we turned it on--pixilated,etc. We unplugged it all, reset it, and it still didn't work properly. I called the front desk and the woman said the person who could fix it came on at 11pm. As it was 9:30~ish, that wasn't very helpful. Finally, the bathtub backed up which was just disgusting. I decided to not call the front desk because they were unhelpful the last 2 times I had called. I asked to have a credit on my account for the inconveniences. Upon checkout, there were none. Despite the convenience to PPAC, will not be going back.

Summary: The front desk, restaurant, and valet staff were all very friendly. The location is great for seeing a performance at PPAC, and our room was comfortable and clean.

Summary: When we opened our room there was another couple already checked into it. They had to find us another room that was comparable. The next day we were out and came back to our room and we couldn't get in because they had checked us out a day early. The room was nice except we couldn't regulate the heat because the thermostat had low battery warning and the air that did come on blew directly at our heads from the ceiling.
