Negative: Location, although it is located mid way to mall road, there is a narrow passage with many steps. Difficult for old people or who face knee pain.

Positive: The location of the hotel prestige is so close to the lift and mall road. View from the hotel was excellent. Pradeep sir the receptionist was really helpful in organising kufri trip at a reasonable price unlike some taxi drivers. The food was great. Room was good for two people and clean. Warm water in the bathroom.
