Positive: It was not a "room", but a two-room apartment. Daily cleaning of rooms. The manager/host was very helpful and friendly. The on site restaurant was excellent. Our outside seating area had an excellent view of the adjoining islands.

Negative: The water in the shower was without pressure. Did not affect us at the time we traveled, but there was no air conditioner for a summer traveler.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the view of the nearby island from our window and out was fantastic.

Positive: Very nice owner. Lots of communication and willingness to help. There is a decent restaurant next door, where breakfast is also served.

Negative: This is not a three-star hotel. It is most likely a former farm with rooms. Very uncomfortable, old equipment. the windows open, there is a draft, not all rooms have furniture. It is also difficult to find, in the evening I had to ask where to find the "hotel". It is inconvenient to go to the city. Very expensive.

Positive: This is a beautiful place. The setting is gorgeous and there is an awesome view of Pico Mountain. The staff is great and the restaurant is wonderful.
