Summary: It’s a charming old hotel with an European theme. Location is remote so driving is a must. Rooms are pretty old but clean & spacious. They have 2 onsens on the property. Breakfast & dinner were both great. Dinner is served in a set while breakfast is a buffet spread with good variety. Staff are warm & accomodating. Will like to go back if possible.

Summary: Average. Outdoor swimming pool opens 10 - 6, so it has already closed before most people check in, and opens after they have checked out. Room is too dim. Not enough lightings. Far darker than antique and classic style. Create an ageing and unpleasant atmosphere.

Summary: Pleasant stay overall. Staffs were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. They were flexible enough to make our breakfast earlier due to our early departure, which helped us a lot and it was very much appreciated.
