Summary: Friendly exceptionally clean hotel with wonderful menu for dinner. Good wine list at friendly prices. The bed was a medical grade mattress which was a bit too firm for us. All in all a wonderful place to stay not far from Portugal Spanish border. Listing did not say that whilst it was off a listed road it was not now the main road so was quiet.Hotel refurbished a year or so ago and is popular with locals always a good sign

Summary: The property has been renovated and it shows. Everything in the room and dining area was new or appeared new. The food was excellent at dinner time and so was the breakfast. But above all the staff, with its owner on top, was friendly, attentive and accommodating. Definitely recommend it!

Summary: Overall, this was good. But some comments: Advertised as Adults only. It wasn’t. That does not mean the children who were around were a problem - they were not. We suspect the hotel has been modernised. And reasonably well too. But nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels, no fridge, no tea/coffee facilities. But the staff were also very helpful (even though very little English was actually spoken despite being advertised). But we got through with their helpfulness.

Summary: It was excellent! Nice people, we really loved, specially the breakfast. The only negative thing was the hair dryer that wasn’t working. But over all we would recommend and definitely would return. Nice people, great food and confy + clean.

Summary: Hotel very friendly, room comfortable. Very hood breakfast. Only downside was no hot water in the morning which may have been due to a large group staying at the hotel.
