Positive: Perfect localization, in a very calm area. Empathy of the owners, friendly welcome.

Negative: Internet is poor! But this can have also advantages, as nobody can bother you!

Positive: Well-equipped room, free parking included, and a well-maintained property.

Negative: Surrounded by agricultural fields, the property was quite noisy due to tractors and a strong smell of manure—at least during the days we stayed there. Additionally, an industrial warehouse is located near the swimming pool, and there was considerable noise from radial arm saws and loud music. Unfortunately, the owner hosted a private party that lasted until 1:00 a.m. When we complained, the noise did stop, but it’s disappointing that we had to ask the property to enforce its own noise policy. I understand this may have been an isolated incident, possibly due to a lack of experience in hospitality, but as a paying guest, I found the situation unacceptable. We also found several earwigs in the kitchen, bedroom, and living room.

Positive: The small complex was very tastefully designed - the garden areas and the villas. Very quiet location with a secure electric gate at the entrance. Only a few minutes drive to Sendim. Outdoor pool area with sun loungers. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Really nice to have air conditioning units in both rooms. Ensuite bathroom very modern.

Negative: A few more pieces of equipment in the kitchen would be useful when cooking. Also instructions for using the electric hob.
