Positive: Super nice place! One of the best hotels ive stayed at in a few different trips to Japan. The hotel room is massive compared to most hotels, AC was very good, beds very very comfortable. Had a whole kitchenette, living room space, and washer. For the money this was definitely top 5 of any Japan hotel ive stayed at.

Negative: The only negative, is that if people are above you, you can hear them stepping. If you are unfortunate enough for them to be a family with children, well, good luck lol.

Positive: I was impressed that this room is designed like a studio apartment, with a kitchenette and full sized fridge. There is a sliding door to partition the sleeping area from the living room area, which is good for privacy. The beds and pillows were big and comfortable.

Negative: The lobby area needs to be bigger since check-in takes some time and people have to wait, which causes inconvenience for guests who are exiting and entering the hotel.

Summary: Fantastic room, perfect for quick trips.

Positive: Location was great close to Tenmonkan and airport bus line but also tucked away enough that it is very tranquil and quiet. Close to a bathhouse, cafes, Shiroyama observation deck as well as a local park. Beds were very comfy. It was also great that they provide plenty of towels and a washing machine.

Negative: It would have been great to see some luggage storage space or service since check in seems to be strictly after 3pm and there aren't an abundance of luggage lockers around the area especially for big luggages.

Summary: Very value for money with friends and family. Will return when in Kagoshima.

Negative: The hotel was a little bit difficult to get to if you're travelling using public transport with luggages and elderly parents. However a taxi ride is only a 10 minute ride from Kagoshima chuo

Positive: Location is about 2 stops from Kagaoshima central. There are amenities around the vicinty. Room was tidy and clean and pretty spacious. I had issues getting the passcode to check into my room. But online staff were helpful (called thrice). Short walk to Tram station

Negative: Check-in system. Had issues with my passcode had to call them thrice. No parking in hotel, but there are parking facilities around the vicinity.
