Summary: The only positive thing about this hotel is the beautiful view. Unfortunately, our experience with the owner/manager was extremely unpleasant. We felt that we were treated in a very unfriendly and unwelcoming manner, which had a big impact on our stay. The hotel also has some very strange and inconvenient rules. You are required to leave your room key at reception every single time you leave your room – even if you are only going to the pool. The Wi-Fi was terrible and barely worked. The breakfast was also very disappointing, and some of the fruit looked old and almost rotten. Overall, we did not feel welcome or comfortable here. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel, and we definitely would not stay here again.

Summary: Beautiful location with fantastic view. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations in other regards. The hotel had several issues that affected our stay, such as AC and maintenance. Significant improvements are needed before we would consider staying here again.

Summary: Exceptional view from the property No taxis or public transportation available close to property. You either rent a car or arrange taxi by yourself as Sorrento is few miles away from this property. Staff will give you a taxi driver whatsapp number to arrange transportation.

Summary: The location is what this hotel is all about. It is simply specatcular and very hard to beat really. We arrived late at night and were checked in fine by a very helpful young man. However, the next day, the experience took a dive. 1. The pool was closed. We specifically booked as it has a pool. No notification from the hotel it was closed. 2. After a busy day sightseeing, we came back to have a drink on the terrace to enjoy the view to be told the bar closes at 3.30pm and we cannot sit out on the terrace. 3. The rooftop bar was not open, seems as it has been a while since it was. 4. Breakfast was basic, despite their website saying it is an incredible experience. It was minimalistic, never chnaged in 5 days, lack of frsh fruit and surly service. Coffee was diabolicle. Order a cappucino instead. 5. Manager smoking in the lobby not a great look or smell. The hotel is nowhere near transport hubs or restaurant. Whilst there is free parking on site (not the garaged parking advertised) its essential to have a car or scooter to get about. As I satrted, the location was perfect and beautiful, however there will be better served premises along the same coastline. I did message the hotel while we were there, but 2 weeks later have not heard back from them. It is what it is. We enjoyed our trip and the sights we came to see, had a basic room to sleep in and thats about it.

Summary: Pool was not working , poor staff, none vending machines, do not serve food or drink after 3pm and none food at all from monday through thursday, staff were not able to help with information about taxis or transportation around since the place was super far from the center of the city.

Summary: Staff and view were amazing. Beds weren’t the greatest and there was no wifi in the rooms. Location was also a bit challenging to get to at night but overall it was worth it

Summary: The location is isolated. It is difficult and expensive to get in and out. There is nothing around it for food options. If you want sometime away from the town its a pretty location. But the owner/manager is impatient and not very pleasant to help. He smokes in the lobby which is upsetting. They advertise their beautiful pool and say they offer wifi. But read the fine print. The pool is only open during the summer and the wifi is only available in the smoky lobby, not in the rooms. We chose it for the cheaper option, but it was not worth it.
