The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it feel like a perfect home away from home. The host is absolutely the sweetest, most lovely and friendly person — she truly made the stay unforgettable. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

If you're looking for peace, stunning views, and a local feel, look no further! Here are some points highlighting our experience: * Spectacular Views: The panoramic views of the Bay of Naples, Mount Vesuvius, and the surrounding coastline are simply unparalleled. Waking up to this every morning was a dream. * Peaceful Location: La Badia offers a tranquil escape. It's wonderfully quiet, perfect for unwinding. * Spacious & Well-Equipped Apartment: Our apartment was surprisingly large, clean, and felt very homely. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. * Charming Grounds: The property itself is beautiful, with lovely gardens and plenty of space to relax outdoors. It feels very well-maintained. * Helpful & Welcoming Host: The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They provided great recommendations and were always available to assist. * Authentic Experience: Staying here gave us a real taste of local life, away from the main tourist crowds. We loved the authentic atmosphere. * Good Value: For the quality of the accommodation and the incredible views, we felt La Badia offered excellent value for money, * Comfortable Beds: A small detail, but the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of exploring. * Lovely Terrace: Having our own private outdoor space to enjoy the views with a coffee or an evening drink was a huge bonus. * Having a car is highly recommended due to the uphill location. Public transport options are available but less frequent. It is interesting to approach the property by car but not dangerous, and after a few times we even enjoyed it.😀 Would we recommend it? Absolutely! We can't wait to return to La Badia Montechiaro on our next trip to the Sorrento Peninsula.

Positive: Amazing views! Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Nice accommodation. Very spacious, good facilities, nice terrace area. Parking on site or else parking 10 min walk from house. Very close to sorrento, and a good place to start amalfi coast trip

Negative: To get to the house and park, the road is very narrow, very steep, and very rough- we did not park here. The hosts also provide parking which is much more easy to access which is a ten minute walk from the house- hosts were very kind and drove us with our luggage to the car park on our departure.

Positive: The host's are very kind and helpful, the location is remote from traffic, noise and it has the best view of the golf on Naples you could find. The garden and terrace are very beautifull and it's the perfect place to have some wine waiting for the sunset and enjoying the view.

Positive: Excellent hosts with whom we contacted whenever necessary. We got help with transport, Mrs Bianca and her husband kindly showed us the surrounding area on arrival. A nice surprise was a welcome breakfast and delicious house wine as a farewell 😉 Even though the hosts reside on the first floor of the house, they assured us full discretion - we did not feel their presence at all. A charming, green space - a great space to relax and unwind. Drinks at sunset tasted great (with a view of Vesuvius!). The surrounding area is also wonderful and charming - delicious food in restaurants and friendly service in supermarkets. We highly recommend it
