Summary: Room was ok in a other building. Radiators completely cold, so in the bath room it was temp. like outside, 5 degrees in the morning. Restaurant ok, nothing special. Staff friedly and helpful.

Summary: Although I was given an ‘upgrade’ room as it had balcony, actual room was in an annex at the back of the hotel overlooking parking lot with deliveries being made and garbages hauled out. Next time I will insist on room in hotel proper.

Summary: Pros: - good spot in Port de Soller - good quality and lots of choices at breakfast - gym is open 24/7 - pool area is nice and clean Cons: - floor in our room was pretty dirty on arrival. The staff did clean it after we asked - no sound proofing between rooms. We could hear our neighbours clearly - some people might like the beds but we found them hard - parking was easy but getting out of the car park on the first day our room key had not been enabled properly despite us explaining we had parked on check in
