Positive: One of my favorite places on the planet. Amazing staff. Amazing property. Amazing everything. 5th stay and will be back again.

Negative: The price has gone up considerably over the last couple of years, but it does feel like there is added value every year….but I hope the trend doesn’t continue. This is about the top price I would want to pay.

Positive: Wonderful position, well designed, it has everything you need in close proximity. Food is incredible and the staff are all amazing.

Negative: Nothing -maybe better stroller access would be good.

Summary: Had a wonderful family holiday here with absolutely nothing to complain about.

Positive: We went for the surf and yoga classes/gym. It was a great set up. 2 pools, restaurant on the beach, happy staff and nice gardens.

Negative: Well I got Bali belly on my second day from eating at their restaurant which was the worst I’ve ever had coming to Bali. They gave me some juice and soup for it but it didn’t help very much. They said I could get a Dr but I declined. I’m still getting over it.. I thought a good restaurant would be better hygenically but no.. so be careful. Also there was loud music 🎵 going at night, I couldn’t work out where it was coming from, maybe the kids club?

Negative: My daughter had an experience with a lady being very loud at 2am. The staff were informed & were going to follow it up.
