Positive: Good location.

Negative: A staff in the restaurant was not polite and even used their foot to close a drawer in front of guests. The staff did not provide the level of assistance they should have. When I realized I had left an item in the room, I reached out for help, but the response was slow and lacked care and urgency in assisting the customer. In the end, I did not receive a clear answer and did not get my item back.

Summary: Disappointed and not worth the money.

Positive: Great stay! we chose the location based on it being between places we wanted to visit, but not drive around too much with a small toddler. So between Vik and the Glacier Lagoon was the perfect stop for us and we didn't regret it! The hotel was very nice and we loved the room and the space we had there, the staff were super friendly and we even got cards and towels to use the indoor hot tub nearby, which we used (after checking out in the morning), their restaurant was simply amazing we've had dinner and breakfast there and we wished we could have stayed another night, we would definitely come back when we visit Iceland again!

Negative: Nothing really. We loved our stay there
