Positive: Location is awesome, staff is so warm. Location is very close to delhi metro as well as new delhi Railway station. Washroom and rooms are hygienic. GM Mr. Salam of the Hotel is so nice and helpful.

Negative: Our rooms were not ready on our arrival, so they gave us differerent rooms, which were quite dirty. Towels and beddings were stained and disgusting, so we asked them to prepare our rooms and deliver cleaner towels and linens. They delivered. But our new rooms were far from perfection. A window handle was broken, so it was impossible to close it. In general all these 10 points reviews are totally fake, the hotel is not clean, not well maintained, the price is definitely too high. A lot of junkies in this area.
