Summary: It is located near the centre of the old part of Delft and everything is very walkable. The breakfasts are very big and delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Summary: Very convenient to the town square and shopping/dining venues. Located on a canal. Tended to be noisy during the night. Difficult to get luggage upstairs without elevator. Help was not offered when checking in. Lighting is dim. All this being said we would stay here again as the location makes up for negatives

Summary: The ground floor room was interesting and very spacious and the court yard very nice. However, people could walk into the hotel from the street and while sitting outside we saw various people walking in to have a peek. Our second night there was a party in the hotel and there was quite a lot of noise till almost midnight. When we left, we had to pick up our car from a nearby carpark so wanted to leave the luggage in the hotel to pick up by car. We had to ask them if we could leave in the room as we didn't feel the luggage would have been safe near the entrance, that is open to the public. The location is wonderful, without doubt.

Summary: It was an easy walk from the train station to the hotel. Our room was clean and overlooked the canal. It was a little noisy but nothing extreme so if you're looking for quiet request something in the back. The bed was extremely comfortable after 2 days of exploring Delft and Leiden.

Summary: Lovely small hotel, very well placed for the center of Delft, including the market square and Vermeer experience. Wasn't aware of a lift. I have mobility problems so that is a small negative. These days I look for USB outlets in a room. This reduces the need to carry multiple adapters. There were none here. We were cycling but there is no secure cycle storage. We had to lock our expensive bike on the canal side but luckily just outside the front door. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. The hotel breakfast was excellent. We were able to leave our luggage after checking out and that enable us to do more in Delft that morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our night in the Johannes Vermeer. It had charm and character and the staff were excellent. The caveats above are minor compared to the overall experience.

Summary: Cute place. Our room was in the roof eaves, very fun. There is no elevator, but the very sweet woman who checked us in carried one of our bags up the stairs. So sweet. Morning staff - I had to track someone down anytime I needed something. (hence the lower score on staff/service). But, once I asked for help, they were very helpful. Right on the canal. Walkable to anything in town.
