Positive: Such a great B&B. The room was cozy, clean and spacious. It was very nicely decorated and had everything you needed. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. The breakfast/communal room was next to the rooms and great to spend some time in when kids already sleep in the room. The B&B felt very homely and can be easily used for a longer stay. It is in a good location to explore Delft, Den Haag, Scheveningen and Rotterdam.

Negative: The stairs to the third bed were steep. Nothing for small legs or elderly people. Not a problem for us but keep this in mind if travelling with 3 people.

Positive: We loved the bathtub in the bedroom, it was quite a surprise when we arrived. We were made very welcome on arrival and enjoyed a couple of nights' stay here.

Positive: The facilities were excellent. Beautiful room, great public facilities.

Negative: Since all the rooms face the common area, there should be some quiet times. Little kids were running around being very loud early in the morning, including the innkeeper's children while we were trying to sleep at 8 AM. I thought this was inconsiderate. I thought the cost of the optional breakfast was high, so we declined that option.

Summary: A beautiful place, great location. The owners are very nice.
