Summary: They serve no breakfast was served, room had bugs, bathroom had mold in the bathtub and on shower curtain. The bathroom wasn't clean at all.

Summary: If you need to stay at a hotel close to WIU this is a good place to go! The service is accommodating and for a small fee we were able to check in early. If you’re looking for a squeaky clean stay then look somewhere else as you will feel like you’re roughing it here. For the cost and the location it works.

Summary: Manager was extremely helpful and polite. My check-in was quick and easy. The room is clean and smells nice. I have a big warm bed. I'm looking forward to a comfortable night stay here at Hotel Jackson.

Summary: We have stayed at the recently renamed Jackson Hotel several times we're always impressed by the fact that it is clean clean there's plenty of pillows lots of towels and the staff is always extra friendly and helpful and did I mention that the rates are outstanding
